Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any course at GoDigital Academy, paying fees, or attending classes (offline or online), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not complete admission.

Fee Payment Terms

First instalment

50% of the total course fee, payable at the time of admission or within the first week of the course.

Second instalment

Payable within one month from the course start date.

Attendance and Punctuality

Attendance requirement: 100% attendance is mandatory for all enrolled students.
Punctuality: students must attend all classes on time. Repeated late arrivals or irregular attendance may lead to cancellation of admission within one week of joining.

Job Placement Eligibility

Job support eligibility: only students who maintain 100% attendance throughout the course will be eligible for job support from the institute.

Job Placement Guarantee

Eligibility: the 100% Placement Guarantee applies only to students with 100% attendance and successful completion of the course.
Post-course salary range:₹12,000 to ₹20,000 per month, subject to the student's interview performance, skills, and subject knowledge.

Placement Guarantee Disclaimer

The institute provides a 100% Placement Guarantee to students who thoroughly prepare and master the course curriculum.
Final salary packages will be determined based on individual knowledge, practical skills, and interview performance.

Refund Policy

Fee Not Refundable After Joining Course

Fee Policy: Course fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Note: Personal reasons will not be considered valid for fee refunds.

Knowledge

Students receive course training and curriculum designed to build job-ready skills.

Job Assistance

Eligible students receive placement support, subject to 100% attendance and successful course completion.

Job Guarantee

The job placement guarantee applies only as stated in these Terms & Conditions.

Company Placement Conditions

Salary & Role: Determined solely by the hiring company based on interview results and performance.

Additional Placement Support

If a student is unable to continue with the first placed company, the institute will assist in securing placement with a second or third company, subject to availability and eligibility conditions.

Institute's Disclaimer

The institute will not be held responsible if:

A student voluntarily leaves the job for personal reasons.
A student is terminated by the company due to poor performance, misconduct, or unprofessional behavior.

Legal Rights

The institute reserves the right to take legal action against any individual who makes false, misleading, or defamatory statements about the institute in public or on digital platforms.

Intellectual Property

All curriculum, worksheets, recordings, slides, and learning materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of GoDigital Academy. Sharing, copying, or selling these materials without written permission is prohibited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising from enrollment, fees, training, or placement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
